Telugu actress Sri Reddy who has been making national headlines with her protest against the casting couch scenario in Tollywood, recently lashed out at Jana Sena President and actor Power Star Pawan Kalyan for his comments about her campaign.
Recently during the media interaction, Pawan Kalyan said that Sri Reddy should go to the courts to get justice and not to TV channels. Later, Sri Reddy took to social media to express her disappointment with Pawan Kalyan on not ‘addressing the real issue.’ She also abused Pawan and showed her middle finger which did not go well with Pawan Kalyan’s fans and they started to troll her. Later Sri Reddy apologised saying that the constant trolling and rape threats from fans of Pawan Kalyan had pushed her to the extreme. She further added that the apology was only to Pawan Kalyan’s mother and not anyone else.
Mega heroes are slowly coming out in support of Pawan Kalyan and talking about the issue. Varun Tej and Ram Charan have also responded on the issue. Yesterday Nagababu held a press meet to counter Sri Reddy abusive comments on Pawan. Now Allu Aravind also responded on the issue.
Mega producer Allu Arvind has also reacted on Sri Reddy issue at Pelli Choopulu and Arjun Reddy fame Vijay Devarakonda’s ‘Taxiwaala’ movie event. He said, Bahubali movie has taken Tollywood to certain heights internationally, of which every Telugu person is so proud of. He admitted the existence of casting couch in Telugu film Industry but condemned Sri Reddy’s leaks. He said, dragging the issue onto roads, and exaggerating casting couch system will belittle the greatness of Tollywood which is feeding thousands of people. He appealed the people not to insult Telugu Film Industry.
