The Film Federation plans to hold May Day celebrations in Hyderabad on May 1 with all sections of the film industry (24 Claps). Telugu Film Industry Employees Federation due to large scale May Day celebrations with nearly ten thousand people. Film Federation President Anil Kumar Vallabhaneni, General Secretary Dorai, Treasurer Suresh, Directors’ Union President Kashi Vishwanath and Presidents of 24 Craft were present at the press conference held at the Film Chamber on Saturday.
On this occasion.. Kasi Vishwanath, President of the Board of Directors, said, “There are festivals for everyone and there is a festival for the film industry. That is May day. On that day, the entire film industry is preparing for the grand May Day celebrations. Megastar Chiranjeevi will be the chief guest at the event. President Anil Garu said that how will be the event, which is co-organized by 24 Craft, film industry.
Film Federation President Anil Kumar Vallabhaneni said that the Telugu film industry is not about heroes, audio functions and releases. The film industry is about the Employees Film Federation, the 24 craftsmen working under it, the junior artist, the technician, the light boy. Many have forgotten that there are many workers under this. Following the election of the new Executive Committee of the Film Federation, we are moving forward to include 24 Craftsmen. There are 24 craft workers here and we plan to celebrate May Day as a grand event all together.
Previously we thought so but it was not done due to Covid.But now we have to go ahead and solve the problems related to 24 branches. Also, with the cooperation of the Telangana government, we are taking steps to provide more facilities to the workers. May Day be for our workers.
Let’s celebrate it as a grand May under the auspices of the Film Federation in the field of cinema. Even when the film industry came to Hyderabad from Chennai, it was not known whether all the workers were united and close. It is not even known how many people died during the Covid. Governments also need to be made aware of our hardships, as there are 24,000 workers in our industry. If we do not have enough, we are getting it from neighboring states.
