Plus Points:

·         Swathi Reddy

Minus points:

·         Many unnecessary scenes

·         Screenplay

·         Direction

·         Narration

·         Run Time

Performance: Swathi Reddy’s performance in this film is very good. She  impressed with her excellent performances in two different phases of her life. Also, she acted well in emotional scenes and impressed the viewers. Naveen Chandra exceled in his role. He gave a good performance as a man who lived by beliefs and a drunkard. His acting mirrors some of the real life situations. Shreya Navile who played the role of Madhumita impressed with her good performance. The performance of other actors in the movie is good.

Technical: As a writer and director, Srikanth Nagoti could not create a compelling story with good dialogues. Although the background score by Acha Rajamani is good, it doesn’t seem that effective. Rajeev Dharawat’s cinematography is impeccable. It would have been better if Ravikanth Perupu had been careful in editing.

Analysis: Month of Madhu, starring Swathi Reddy and Naveen Chandra in lead roles, is just an average movie. Although the performances of the lead actors are good, the boring and sloppy screenplay are the minus points of this film. There are also many unnecessary scenes in the first half and second half.
