Mr. Pregnant Movie Review and Rating: Syed Sohel, Suhasini Manirathnam, Roopa Koduvayur, Raja Ravindra, Brahmaji, starrer Mr. Pregnant helmed by Srinivas Vinjanampati has hit the theaters today on 18th August. Let’s see the story of Mr. Pregnant.
Story: Gautham (Sohel) is an orphan and he is also a tattoo artist. He also wins tattoo competitions. On the other hand, Mahi (Rupa Koduvayur) loves Gautham since their school days. But Gautham ignores her. However, after some dramatic developments, Gautham accepts Mahi’s love with one condition that he doesn’t want to have children after marriage. Why does Gautham decide not to have children?, What is the tragedy in Gautham’s (Sohel) life?, Why did he finally have to get pregnant?, What is the role of Dr. Vasudha (Suhasini Maniratnam) in the middle?, To get these answers, one should watch the movie Mr. Pregnant.

Performance: Sohel performed well in his role. He impressed with his stylish looks. He deserves credit for taking such type of challenging role. Roopa Koduvayur also acted well. Her homely looks are good. Suhasini Mani Ratnam is good in her role. Viva Harsha, Brahmaji, Abhishek and Raja Ravindra’ comedies are good. Also the rest of the actors have acted well in their role.
Technical: Talking about the technical experts, Director Srinivas Vinjanampathi has written this script with a new concept- Male pregnancy. The background music is good. The cinematographer’s work is the main strength of this movie. Every frame is shot very effectively. Editing is good. The production values of the movie are also very good. Producers Appireddy and Sajjala Ravireddy who came up with such a daring point should be appreciated.
Analysis: The main concept, emotional scenes, climax and comedy in some places in this film Mr. Pregnent are impressive. Sohel impressed with his performance and variations in his character. However, the logics are missing at many places in the key scenes, the movie progresses with slow narration in some scenes, and the second half screenplay are the weak points of the movie. However, although there are number of interesting elements in some places in the movie but the dramatic scenes are too much. It would have been better if the lag scenes and illogical scenes in the starting of the movie could have been reduced.
