If ongoing buzz in the media and the film industry are to be believed, Bommarillu Bhaskar will helm a megaphone in which Akkineni Naga Chaitanya will play the lead role.
Akhil Akkineni scored the first box office hit of his career with Most Eligible Bachelor, which was directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar and in this film he shared the screen space with Pooja Hegde.Now, Bhaskar is in talks with Naga Chaitanya.
Apparently, Bommarillu Bhaskar has signed an agreement with AK Entertainments and he is planning to work with Akkinnei hero. Currently he is busy in the script work and the production house already has Nag Chaitanya’ dates.
After the completion of script work Bhaskar will narrate it to Chaitu and if the actor gives his nod, the official announcement will be made regarding this project soon.
In his early career, Bhaskar worked as associate director on films Bhadra and Arya. His directorial debut Bommarillu starring Siddarth Narayan and Genelia D’souza was a blockbuster, which earned him two Nandi Awards, for best debut director and best original screenplay. Later he came up with Parugu starring Allu Arjun was a box office hit. He made his Tamil debut with Bangalore Naatkal. Meanwhile Naga Chaitanya is waiting for the release of Vikram K Kumar’ film Thank You.
