Samantha Akkineni and Nandini Reddy delivered a hit with their second project, Oh! Baby, the remake of Korean drama Miss Granny. The women-centric film, Oh Baby which was released in 2019, was a super hit at the box office. According to reports, Samantha is now all set to work with Nandini Reddy.
Actually, the lady director Nandini Reddy planned to make a film with Naga Chaitanya. But, Majili actor said no to her but Nandini Reddy got an offer from Samantha Akkineni.
Recently there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Samantha would work with Game Over fame Ashwin Saravanan for a horror drama. But now according to the latest buzz, the director opted out of the project and Samantha recommended the name of Nandini Reddy for the same project which will be bankrolled by Sony Pictures India.
The sources say that Sony Pictures India approached Nandini Reddy and she agreed to direct the project. The regular shoot of this upcoming untitled project will commence from next month.
Nandini Reddy and Samantha have earlier worked together in two movies, Jabardasth and Oh! Baby. Oh Baby and Rangasthalam fame lady is making her web series debut with The Family Man 2. Going by the reports, Sam will be seen playing a negative role in the series.
