Naga Chaitanya has announced a new project Thandel in which he is playing the role of fisherman. The makers have already released the first look poster that generated good buzz among the movie lovers and Akkineni fans.
The shoot of Thandel is currently going on and the team is canning some crucial sequences and action parts in this lengthy schedule. The reports are coming that an adrenaline-pumping sequence is being shot in the middle of the ocean. Naga Chaitanya looks contented in the pic shared by the team. Coming on the poster, Naga Chaitanya is seen heading towards the ocean in it.
While the makers have kept the film’s story under wraps, the team travelled to the fishing hamlet called K Matchilesam earlier this year. Situated near Srikakulam, the village is home to a fishing community. According to the makers, the film Thandel in will be based on a true incident that took place at the village.
Sai Pallavi has been brought on the board to play the female lead. , National-award-winning composer- Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is rendering the tune. Shamdat is handling the cinematography.
