Producer Suryadevara Naga Vamshi held a pressmeet on the success of Mahesh Babu starrer Guntur Karam. Naga Vamshi said that the movie has got good collections.
Mahesh Babu starrer Guntur Kaaram was released on January 12 worldwide and collected 212 Crgross. As the movie is running successfully at the box office, the producer Naga Vamshi held a press meet and shared his happiness.
He said, “It has been a week since the release of the Guntur Kaaram yesterday. This press meet was held to show that this movie has made huge collections, proving some people’s predictions wrong. Some media people loved this movie so much. They even called the distributors and theaters to inquire about the collections. This movie has performed well. The movie has reached break even in many areas. I have held this press meet because the film is getting such a good response.”
He added, “The reviews didn’t have any impact on the movie. On the morning of the release, some people tried to confuse the audience through social media. But when the family audience and the general audience started coming to the theaters, the talk suddenly changed in the evening. I’m not saying this. The collections so far say that. The family audience are enjoying. The sentiment of mother and son has worked out well. That’s why the collections are coming at this level.”
