South diva Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Chaitanya announced their divorce on their social media accounts in October last year. The couple married in 2017 in Goa. Since then, the media has been focused more on Naga Chaitanya’ personal life. Recently during the media interaction when Nagarjuna was asked if he was worried about the fact that news about Naga Chaitanya’s personal life was overshadowing his professional accomplishments. Nagarjuna replied his son was in a happy frame of mind, and that was good enough for him as a father.
Nagarjuna said the divorce was an ‘unfortunate’ experience that happened in his son Chaitu’ life and now he is happy. He added the family could not spend all its time lamenting what happened. He concluded it by saying, “Unfortunate. We can’t keep moping about it. It’s gone. It’s out of our lives. So I hope it will be out of everybody’s life.

On the work front Samantha will be seen in Yashoda and Shakuntaalam . Nagarjuna is now coming up with the thriller drama The Ghost and his son Naga Chaitanya was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha.
