Akkineni Nagarjuna is currently working for the upcoming Telugu film The Ghost which is a much anticipated film ever since it’s announcement. Earlier it was said that Srilankan lady Jacqueline Fernandez was roped in to play the female lead. Later the sources revealed that the makers of tHe Ghost have shown door to the Bollywood actress. Now the reports are coming that Sonal Chauhan has replaced Jacqueline Fernandez in Nagarjuna starrer The Ghost.
Sonal Chauhan has been brought on the board and she will be playing the lead opposite Nagarjuna instead of Jacqueline.
Kick actress Jacqueline Fernandez was brought on board the film after Kajal Agarwal walked out of it due to her pregnancy. She is expecting her first child. While the shooting of this drama was expected to start soon, it was reported that Jacqueline Fernandez is no longer a part of the film.
The sources close to the makers revealed that Sonal Chauhan was the best fit for the lead role. They felt both the actors Sonal and Nag would make for a fine on screen pair.
On the otherside, currently Nagarjuna is basking in the glory of his recently released movie Bangarraju, which also has Naga Chaitanya, Ramya Krishnan and Krithi Shetty in the lead roles.
