Akkineni Nagarjuna is currently busy in his upcoming film Wild Dog in which Dia Mirza is playing the female lead and it is helmed by Solomon. Though initially the makers of Wild Dog planned to release the film directly on OTT platform but now they are planning to release it in cinema halls on 2nd April. Netflix reportedly grabbed the streaming rights of this thriller drama Wild Dog. The sources say that recently Nagarjuna watched the final copy of Wild Dog but he is very upset with its run time.
Nagarjuna and Soloman’ film Wild Dog has run time around 3 hours but the actor has asked the team to cut it short to 150 minutes. He also suggested some changes to the film and the team is currently busy working on the same.
The thriller drama Wild Dog is being bankrolled by Matinee Entertainment. Meanwhile, Nagarjuna has pinned high hopes on this project after the debacle of family entertainer Manmadhudu 2, in which he shared the screen space with Rakul Preet Singh, which was heavily panned by critics and audiences alike.
On the other side, apart from Wild Dog, Nagarjuna will also be seen playing the crucial role in Hindi fantasy movie Brahmastra.
