It is known that Nandamuri actor and politician Taraka Ratna was battling for life from last 20 days. And on Saturday, doctors announced that Taraka Ratna died while getting treated. His health condition was very critical and finally he breathed his last just before in Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital in Bengaluru on Saturday.
Taraka Ratna was on the bed for the last 23 days ever since he suffered a massive heart attack on 27th January and fainted all of a sudden at a roadshow in Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh. The Roadshow event named ‘Yuva Galam’ was a political foot march, which was launched by Nara Lokesh for their Political party.
Taraka Ratna was 39 years old and he is survived by his wife Alekhya Reddy and a daughter. His father Nandamuri Mohan Krishna is a cinematographer in Telugu film Industry and Taraka is a grandson to Telugu actor and former Chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao and a nephew to Nandamuri Balakrishna. Telugu actors Young Tiger Jr NTR and Kalyan Ram are his cousins.
He received ‘Best Villain State Nandi award’ for his performance in the movie Amaravathi. Many prominent people paid their condolences to the family of Nandamuri Taraka Ratna on social media.
