Narasapuram MP Raghurama Krishnaraju resigns from YSRCP

YSR Congress MP K Raghu Rama Krishna Raju quit Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy-led YSRCP on Saturday. Raghu Rama Krishna Raju sent a letter to party chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and requested him to accept the resignation letter to the primary membership of the party.

 His resignation comes in the wake of Narasaraopeta MP L Sri Krishna Deva Rayalu, Machilipatnam MP Balashowry Vallabhaneni, and others quitting the ruling party in southern state.

Raghu Rama Krishna Raju took to X platform and said, “I hereby tender my resignation for primary active membership of the YSRCP and expect you (Jagan Mohan Reddy) to accept the same with a prompt reply or response at your earliest convenience.”

In the letter, Raghu Rama Krishna Raju pointed out the ‘Mohammed Gajni’ efforts to push him out of the party.  He said: “Your multiple and steady efforts like Mohammad Gajni to get me disqualified from my Parliamentary Membership have not yielded till date your desired result.”

Raghu Rama Krishna Raju requested immediate approval of his resignation.
