Telangana Narcotics Bureau officials conducted searches at Hero Navadeep’s house in the Madhapur drug case. Navdeep has been declared as the 37th accused in the case. The narcotics bureau says that hero Navdeep took drugs from the accused Ramchand, who was arrested in a drug case. It seems that Navdeep was not at home when the house was searched. On the other hand, Navdeep approached the Telangana High Court last week claiming that he was not involved in the drug case. With this, the High Court ordered that Navdeep should not be arrested until Tuesday 19th. Against this backdrop, the Narcotics Bureau conducted searches at Navdeep’s residence in the wee hours of Tuesday morning.
The financiers were caught in the drug racket that came to light in Hyderabad recently. On August 31, Telangana State Narcotics Bureau broke up a rave party going on at Fresh Living Apartments under Madapur Police Station. Film producer Venkat along with five other youths were arrested in the raids conducted with the local police. The police raided the flat number 804 of the apartment near Hi-Tech City late at night after receiving information that drugs were being used. They were found to be using drugs and arrested.
As part of the investigation of the case, the police have obtained key information about who is using drugs with the accused. The police remanded 8 accused including three Nigerians who were already arrested in this case.
The police have mentioned many things in the remand report in this case. It was said on Thursday that actor Navdeep is absconding.
