Few days ago Naga Chaitanya announced his 22nd film tentatively titled NC22. The movie, helmed by Venkat Prabhu, is Naga Chaitanya’s first Telugu-Tamil bilingual movie. It also marks Venkat Prabhu’ first Telugu directorial venture. Srinivasaa Chitturi of Srinivasaa Silver Screen is bankrolling the yet-to-be-titled drama. Venkat Prabhu’ last directorial venture was Manmatha Leelai which released on 1st April. Today morning the production house Srinivasaa Silver Screen officially announced by sharing a poster that Uppena fame Krithi Shetty has been roped in Naga Chaitanya starrer NC22.
It is known that Krithi Shetty has shared the screen space with Naga Chaitanya in Bangarraju, which was released this year. The upcoming film marks their second collaboration. More details of the movie NC22 will be unveiled in the coming days.
On the work front, Majili actor Naga Chaitanya is awaiting the release of Thank You, which has Raashi Khanna and Avika Gor as the leading ladies. He is currently busy with the shoot of his debut series Dootha. The web series will stream on Amazon Prime Video. Chaitanya also has Hindi film Laal Singh Chaddha in the pipeline, which co-stars Bollywood actors Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the lead. The film is currently slated to hit the big screens on 11th August.
