Finally, the makers of Sarileru Neekevvaru has released the first look poster of Vijayashanti from Sarileru Neekevvaru. Actor-turned-politician Vijayashanti is making her comeback in an acting field after a long gap of 13 years and it is heard that she will be seen essaying the roles of Medical professor. Lady Amitabh was last seen in Naayudamma, which was released in 2006. For the past 13 years, Vijayashanti has been concentrating on her political career. She was also a former Member of Parliament, who was elected from the Medak constituency.
Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru also stars Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna, Prakash Raj, Naresh, Rajendra Prasad, Kireeti Damaraju, Sachin Khedekar, Pradeep Rawat, Sangeeta, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Naresh in important roles.
