What happens when she finds herself embroiled in a police investigation?  Who killed Antony? How do police solve the case? To get these answers, one should watch the movie Nishabdham on the screen.

 Plus Points:

  • Anushka Shetty
  • Cinematography
  • Production Values

 Minus Points:

  • Predictable Story
  • Slow pace
  • Climax
  • Second Half
  • Lack of emotional connect

Performance:  Nishabdham is totally Anushka Shetty’s film and she ideally suited for the role.  Anushka Shetty is brilliant and breathtaking in parts. Her body languages and the facial expressions are appreciable in the role of a mute artist.  Anushka Shetty is at her best with great performance.  Madhavan is superb in his crucial role. Subba Raju’ role is quite effective. Anjali in the role of US Cop is fine.  Richard Madsen  is good. Shalini Pandey in the girl  of a who is quite possessive, is ok.  Rest of the cast of Nishabdham perform accordingly.

Technical: The Storyline of the film Nishabdham is predictable.  The music by Girishh G, Gopi Sundar is brilliant. Art direction is first-rate.  Editing is ok. Production values of this film of Anushka Shetty and R Madhavan are extravagant.  The cinematography is noteworthy and the cinematographer showcases the locations in the US in a good manner.  The dubbing especially for Michel Madsen’s character is worst.  Coming on the work of director Hemant Madhukar, he brings the twist factor into the story is a good way but his narration is predictable.

Analysis: Nishabdham is a good movie for the fans of Anushka Shetty and the movie lovers who love thrillers.
