On 30th July, the makers of Bheemla Nayak announced that Nithya Menen has been roped in to play the female lead in the Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati starrer film. Directed by Saagar Chandra, the upcoming big budget film is the Telugu remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Bheemla Nayak is a one of the costliest projects of Tollywood which is being bankrolled by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under the banner of Sithara Entertainments. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Nithya Menen is charging Rs 80 Lakhs remuneration to play the role of Pawan Kalyan’ wife in Bheemla Nayak. Her remuneration is very low.
On the otherside, Power Star Pawan Kalyan who is playing the lead role, will be taking home Rs 50 Cr as remuneration for the project. Rana Daggubati, the second lead hero will be getting Rs Rs 5 crore.
Thaman, the music composer and cinematographer Ravi K Chandran are charging Rs 3 cr and Rs 2 crore respectively .
Rana Daggubati and Pawan Kalyan are reprising the roles of Biju Menon and Prithviraj Sukumaran, respectively, from the Malayalam original. Samuthirakani, who played the antagonist in Trivikram Srinivas’ magnum opus Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, is playing a pivotal role in the film.
