Icon star Allu Arjun is one of the South stars who has a huge fan base all over South India, and even in the North. Recently there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Allu Arjun is planning a film with the producer of Asuran, Kalaipuli S Thanu. It was also heard that Tamil filmmaker would be helming the movie. But the sources close to Kalaipuli S Thanu revealed that there is no truth in his project with Allu Arjun.

On the otherside, Allu Arjun is sharing the screen space with Kannada lady Rashmika Mandanan in action thriller drama Pushpa, which is being directed by Sukumar of Rangasthalam fame. The teaser of ‘Pushpa’ has hit 75 million views on YouTube. On April 7, a day ahead of Bunny’ 38th birthday, the makers unveiled the first teaser of Pushpa. Since then, the video has been trending on the internet, and it has garnered rave responses from both the movie lovers as well as critics.
Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil will be seen playing the antagonist in the film. Apart from lead pair, Pushpa also has Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Sunil, Harish Uthaman, Vennela Kishore and Anansuya Bhardwaj in the crucial roles.
