To see one’s wax statue in Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in London is every noted personality’s dream but here is a person who makes life-size wax models of Indian celebrities and goes without recognition. Yes we are talking about Harikumar.
According to the latest update, Harikumar sculpted the wax statues of Malayalam superstars- Mohanlal and Mammootty. The fans of these superstars are busy clicking selfies with the wax sautes.
Not only this, Harikumar has also made the life-size wax models of India’s former president A.P.J Abdul Kalam, legendary playback singe .J. Yesudas, actors Prabhas (In Baahubali gate up), Shahrukh Khan and Rajnikanth in Kerala. The artist makes wax statues by melting wax in appropriate proportions and then dyeing it. He said, “ The Wax imported from foreign countries is used to make the sculpture and a wax statue has an expense of nearly Rs 1.25 lakh. ”
Recently we have reported that Superstar Mahesh Babu, who is basking in the glory of his recent offering Bharat Ane Nenu, is all set to get his own wax statue at Madame Tussauds. Mahesh is the second star from Tollywood to get this honor after Young Rebel star Prabhas.
