Nandamuri Kalyan Ram plays the role of King Bimbisara, who ruled over Trigartala Empire in 5th century BC, and the modern incarnation of the king in the film- Bimbisara, which is one of the much hyped movies of Telugu film Industry. The latest news is that the official runtime of Bimbisara after the final edit is locked and it is 2 hours and 26 mins, which is decent. The movie is yet to complete the censor formalities.
Yesterday Jr NTR launched the trailer of Bimbisara. Kalyan Ram was introduced as a ruthless king Bimbisara and he decided to extend his kingdom by hook or crook. A few glimpses of his war sequences were also shown. But suddenly the trailer showed the present era of the trailer and made Kalyan Ram look in a modish avatar. He remembered his past birth and tried to take revenge on the antagonist.
Apart from Kalyan Ram, the film also features Catherine Tresa, Samyuktha Menon, Warina Hussain, Prakash Raj, Vivan Bhatena, and Vennela, among others.
Bimbisara is produced under the NTR Arts banner. The film technical crew includes cinematographer Chota K Naidu, editor Tammiraju, music director Chirantan Bhatt, and art director Kiran Kumar Manne
Bimbisara is all set to hit the theaters on 5th August, 2022.
