If ongoing buzz in the film Industry and media is to be believed, the makers of Sye Raa are planning to adopt the style of Titanic for narration and are planning to bring an actress to the board to narrate the story of Sye Raa. In Titanic, Gloria Stuart as Rose Dawson Calvert narrated the story and she made her screen presence as an old lady.
The sources close to the film unit reveal that Sye Raa may not directly enter to 19th century when Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy fights against the British. Instead of it, an old woman is likely to narrate Sye Raa’s story. But who will play the role of old lady? Who will narrate Sye Raa Story? Let’s wait for an official announcement regarding it.
Chiranjeevi is playing the role of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy in Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy. Apart from him, Sye Raa has other stars like Big B aka Amitabh Bachchan, Vijay Sethupathy, Jagapathi Babu, Tamannah Bhatia and Kiccha Sudeep in this historic periodic war drama, which is being helmed by Surender Reddy and is bankrolled by Ram Charan under the banner of Konidela Production. The film has the music by Amit Trivedi.
Set 10 years prior to the India’s first war of independence of 1857, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is the story of a freedom fighter, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, who revolted against the British. Amitabh Bachchan will be seen playing the role of Gosayi Venkanna, Vijay Sethupathi will be seen as Obbayya, Sudeep as Avuku Raja, Jagapati Babu as Myra Reddy and Nayantara as Siddhamma.
The makers of Sye Raa are planning to release the film on 15th August 2018 on the occasion of Independence day. In this manner, the movie will compete with Prabhas starrer Saaho, which is also slated to hit the theaters on the same day.
