OTTplay announced awards for the year 2023 and the series Dayaa won two awards. The movie received awards in the Best Director and Best Actor categories. Director Pawan Sadineni and hero JD Chakravarthy won these awards.
Winning awards is not a new thing for hero JD Chakravarthy. He bagged the Best Actor award at the Eko International Film Festival, Nigeria for their Hindi film titled Dahini – The Witch.
Coming to Dayaa, the series received a unanimous positive response from all corners. While critics lauded the series, audiences loved the suspense, thrill, and action elements in the series. JD Chakravarthy, in particular, astonished everyone with his spectacular show.
