All rumors of the Telugu remake of the Malayalam hit Ayyappanum Koshiyum starring Power Star Pawan Kalyan have been confirmed as the film’s team has made an official announcement, putting an end to all speculations. Today morning the production house Sithara Entertainment officially announced that Rana Daggubati is also the part of Pawan Kalyan starrer film which is a remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum .
Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati will star together in the remake and they will reprise roles played by Prithviraj Sukumaran and Biju Menon in the original.
Pawan Kalyan and the producers of Sithara Entertainment welcomed Rana Daggubati. Malayalam film ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’, helmed by Sachy, revolved around the conflict between Koshy Kurien, an wealthy ex-Havildar and Ayyappan Nair, a Sub-inspector and their egos take them on the wild journey.
Ayyappanum Koshiyum’ remake will be directed by Sagar Chandra, who previously directed the movieAppatlo Okadundevadu and it has the music by Thaman. On Monday, the remake will officially be launched with a muhurtham shot. Though reports say that the team is in talks with two leading ladies, the names are yet to be announced. According to the latest rumor, Sai Pallavi and Aishwarya Rajesh have been approached to play the leading ladies.
