Pawan Kalyan is currently doing Porata Yatra and he received a legal notice from TDP Palasa MLA Gauthu Shivaji over Alludu Tax.
TDP Palasa MLA Gauthu Shivaji, the son of Sardar Gauthu Lachchanna, has sent a legal notice to Jana Sena president and actor Power Star Pawan Kalyan on Wednesday over Alludu tax comments.
During the press meet, MLA Gauthu Shivaji that he has sent legal notices to Pawan Kalyan for his scathing political comments against him and his family members.
Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan made allegations against the MLA Gauthu Shivaji his father and his daughter and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) district president G Sirisha and son-in-law Venkanna Chowdary on Tuesday. Speaking at the meeting, Pawan Kalyan said, “MLA Gautha Shivaji has been involved in corruption and also alleged that the people of Palasa are suffering from tax burden.” Pawan Kalyan further said, “Recently GST (Goods and Services Tax ) was introduced but an addition Alludu Tax is slapped in Palasa.” According to Pawan Kalyan, “The people of constituency are paying additional Alludu tax.” On Wednesday, addressing a press conference in Palasa, Gauthu Shivaji said, “I have sent a legal notice to Pawan Kalayan.” Gauthu Shivaji also demanded Pawan Kalyan prove his allegations against him and his family members otherwise he has to face the battle in the court as he has filed charges of defamation.
Gauthu Shivaji said, “Pawan Kalyan’s allegation of corruption against him and his family are baseless and he should be immediately apologize for his baseless comments.”
Gauthu Shivaji added that Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan should know the facts before making allegations against him.
On the otherside, recently during the media interaction Pawan Kalyan said, “As we are going to contest all the 175 seats, we have already finalised candidates for the 90 Assembly segments. We are giving the utmost priority for capability to win and also for the social justice. We have already learnt many lessons in Praja Rajyam which gave tickets to the candidates with lack of the experience and the leadership qualities.”
