Pawan Kalyan in support of Andhra Cricketer Hanuma Vihari

Team India Test cricketer Hanuma Vihari has said that he will not play for Andhra anymore. He said that his captaincy was lost because of the son of a politician and an Andhra team player.

He made it clear that he will not stay where he is not respected and will never play for the Andhra team again. Responding to this, the cricketer Prudhvi Raj gave a very strong reply that these are all baseless allegations and you have nothing more to say than this.

 Hanuma Vihari came up with sensational accusations towards the Andhra Cricket Association- ACC and also towards a teammate. In a controversial statement posted on Instagram, Hanuma Vihari  disclosed the circumstances leading up to his departure from the captaincy. He revealed that he was asked to resign from the captaincy after an altercation with a player, who happened to be the son of a “prominent politician”. Soon, Andhra cricketer Prudhvi Raj took to Insta account and revealed that he was the cricketer Hanuma Vihari spoke about.

Reacting to this, the actor and Politician Pawan Kalyan took to his X and said that Hanuma Vihari, who represented India in 16 Test Matches and scored five half-centuries and a century, faced a disappointing situation. He added that Hanuma Vihari, as the captain of AP’ Ranji Team, he helped them qualify for knockouts multiple times, but the Andhra Cricket Association forced him to resign due to pressure from a local politician. Pawan Kalyan also said that its shameful to give more value to a local politician over an Indian cricketer.
