It is known that Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi who is best known as Serial Kisser, is making his debut in Tollywood with Power Star Pawan Kalyan starrer OG. Recently Emraam Hashmi interacted with the media and said that the Hindi film industry has a lot to learn from filmmakers in the South.
He added that he never imagined himself getting into the South film industry but it was a fantastic script and a great character. Sujeeth is a great director and is making OG on an enormous canvas.
Emraan Hashmi further added: Southern film-makers are more disciplined than Bollywood filmmakers. Every rupee they spend on the movie will be visible on the screen. I think money is spent in the wrong areas in Hindi cinema as it does not get translated on screen all the time.
Pawan Kalyan OG villain added: When it comes to VFX, scale, and choice of path-breaking stories, We have some ground to cover before we can match that, and we have a lot to learn from the way they make movies.
According to Emraan Hashmi, he is extremely happy to be part of OG and added that Pawan Kalyan starrer is a remarkable project.
OG helmed by Sujeeth, is scheduled to be released on September 27 this year.
