Once again Young Rebel star Prabhas is in trouble. Prabhas’ guest house case came up for hearing at Kukatpally court in Hyderabad on Tuesday. Now according to the latest report, a police case has been filed against Prabhas staff as while back as they tried to enter the guest house during the time of lockdown.
The sources revealed that during the lockdown, the staff working for Baahubali star Prabhas had tried to enter the guest house. On receiving information, Serilingampally revenue officials have prevented them and registered a complaint against them in the police station. In the past, a case was registered against Prabhas in Raidurgam police station. The trial court’s verdict is awaited in the case.
It is known news that the revenue officials had seized Prabhas’ guest house located at Raidurgam citing it was constructed on government land. Prabhas bought a guest house with an area of 2,200 yards in the Raidurgam area, which falls in Survey No: 46. As per the Supreme Court verdict, the entire 84 acres extent of the land in the above survey number belongs to the government. His staff was stopped by Serilingampally revenue offices and his guest house was seized.
Prabhas had earlier filed a plea seeking the land under G O No.5 be regularized. But Serilingampally officials recognized the land as government land and reported that someone sold it to Prabhas.
