Police Complaint against Bigg Boss HostSalman Khan (the host of controversial reality show Bigg Boss 12 (Hindi)) has landed in flag controversy.  Salman Khan starrer Bharat has been one of the most talked-about movies of the year. The film, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, is currently in the shooting phase. Almost the entire cast and crew of Bharat at present is in Punjab to capture some moments of the shoot. The makers of Bharat wanted to shoot a sequence at the Wagah border, however, it was not possible for security issues. So, left with no choice, the makers erected set of this village in Punjab state where they recreated the scene. The Wagah border scene required Pakistan’s flag to be put up on Indian soil. Everything was fine and good until they put up the Pakistan flag on Indian soil. For which the villagers got filed a police complaint against Salman Khan for hoisting Pakistan flag in Punjab.

The sources say that the villagers protested the use of Pakistani flag on Indian soil during the shoot of the movie. They also demonstrated in front of the hotel where Salman Khan was staying. Later they filed the police complaint.  The sources added that after wrapping up the shoot, the team of Bharat including Salman Khan came back to Mumbai.

Salman Khan sometimes ago was also in trouble for his recently produced movie ‘Love Yatri’. And now he landed in another controversy.

 3 Days ago Ali Abbas Zafar also shared a pic of Salman Khan alongside Katrina Kaif on his Instagram and captioned it, “Journey of A man and nation together @bharat_thefilm @beingsalmankha  @katrinakaif @whosunilgrover  @dishapatani”

Bharat is jointly produced by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Nikhil Namit and Salman Khan.

Apart from the lead pair, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, the film has other stars like Tabu, and Disha Patani in crucial roles.  Bharat is scheduled for a theatrical release on the occasion of Eid.
