Young, bold and beautiful actress Pooja Hegde is one of the highest paid actresses of South Indian Film Industry. According to the latest update, recently the makers of upcoming movie Valmiki approached Pooja Hegde to play the female lead in Varun Tej starrer. Pooja Hegde is demanding Rs 2 Cr as remuneration for the shoot of 15 days. Her remuneration is giving shock to everyone.
Pooja Hegde made her Telugu debut with Oka Laila Kosam and later she acted in Mukunda. Both the movies were ended up commercially flop at the box office. In 2017, Pooja Hgede shared the screen space with Allu Arjun in DJ aka Duvvada Jagannadham and later she was seen in Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas starrer Saakshyam. These movies were also bombed at the box office. Though her last offering Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava was hit at the box office. She has only one big hit film Aravinda Sametha for her credit. But the top film makers are waiting for her call.
Let’s wait and see whether the makers of Valmiki become agree to pay Rs 2 Cr as remuneration to Pooja Hegde or not. If everything will go as per plan, she will be seen playing the role of Lakshmi Menon in Valmiki, the remake of Jigarthanda. She has limited screen presence in the film, for which she will have to shoot for 15 days.
Currently Pooja Hegde is waiting for the release of her upcoming movie Maharshi starring Mahesh Babu.
