The young popular actor Madhur Mittal has been booked by the Mumbai Police under various sections of the Indian Penal Code as the actor was accused of s*xual harassment and s*xual assault. Madhur Mittal is best known for his act in the film Slumdog Millionaire and now he has been booked by the Khar police.
According to the latest report, Madhur Mittal has been accused of injuring and s*xually assaulting his former girlfriend. The police revealed that the incident took place on 13th February. The actor Madhur Mittal barged into his former girlfriend’s house, s*xually assaulted and abused her. Though there is no arrest in this case but the police are probing the case.
As per the FIR which has been lodged at the police station, Slumdog Millionaire fame actor Madhur Mittal has been booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code for molestation, s*xual harassment, and s*xual assault.
Madhur Mittal’ former girlfriend met him in the month of December last year and within 2 weeks, he had forced himself on her, under the influence of alcohol. The victim lawyer revealed that her client had parted ways with the actor two days before the assault. Madhur Mittal strangled her client’s neck more than 15 times, pulled her hair, punched her under the right eye, slapped her, lifted her and assaulted her.
