The film critic Kamaal R Khan, also known as KRK, has been taken to judicial custody for the second time in a week, on charges of ‘demanding s….xual favours’ in 2019.
KRK was arrested by Versova Police for allegedly ‘demanding s…..xual favours and holding the complainant’s hand’ in the first week of January 2019.
Reportedly, the complainant who is an actress, singer and fitness model, told the police that she met Kamaal R Khan in 2017 at a party where he introduced himself as a producer. KRK said to the actress that he would give her the lead role featuring Emraan Hashmi.
The actress mentioned in her complaint that Kamaal Rashid Khan flashed at her and tried to have s…..x with her when she visited his bungalow in the month of January 2019. She didn’t file the complaint back then because one of her friend suggested that if she registers a complaint, her career in the film industry might get in trouble. In 2021, when another friend asked her to reach out to police, she filed an FIR at Versova police station.
We have already reported that KRK was first arrested by police from the Mumbai airport late on the night of 29th August after he arrived from Dubai.
