According to the latest update, Star producer Aswini Dutt moved the Andhra Pradesh High court filing petitions on compensation for their lands.
The producer Aswini Dutt has filed a petition in Andhra Pradesh High Court seeking a direction to the Union government, AP government, Airports Authority of India, and AMRDA to adhere to statutory commitments given to him with regard to 39 acres of land at Kesarapalli village that he gave for the development of Gannavaram airport under the Land Pooling Scheme.
Aswini Dutt appealed to the High court to order that the respondents should pay the yearly land rent as per the Land Pooling Scheme till the payment of the compensation (Rs 210 Cr) that is due to him. Producer Aswini said that the change of government and the policies affected him.
Aswini Dutt gave his lands to the Andhra Pradesh government after bifurcation, as the part of land pooling scheme. The producer gave his 39 acres of land to the TDP government for the development and expansion of Gannavaram airport. Presently the registration value of 39 acres given by Aswini Dutt has reached Rs 1 Cr 84 lakhs per acre.
It is known news that Ashwini Dutt is all set to bankroll Prabhas starrer upcoming film, which will be helmed by Nag Ashwin.
