Student No1 is a Telugu romantic action film in which Young Tiger Jr NTR played the lead role and the movie was a blockbuster at the box office. Recently Tollywood producer Ashwini Dutt graced the celebrity talk show, Alitho Saradaga, hosted by popular comedian Ali. A promo of the episode has been released and Ashwini Dutt revealed some interesting facts about the movie Student no 1. Ashwini Dutt said that when the story of Student No 1 was ready they were in search of the lead actor and thought to rope in young Rebel star Prabhas. But, late actor Hari Krishna called Ashwini Dutt and asked to select Jr NTR.
According to Ashwini Dutt, Jr NTR was not the first choice of Student No 1 a film, Prabhas was supposed to be the hero but things changed after Hari Krishna made a phone call to him and asked him to finalize Tarak.
Ashwini Dutt is currently enjoying the success of his recently released production venture Sita Ramam starring Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur and Rashmika Mandanna. The movie was released on 5th August and is doing superb collections at the box office. On the otherside, currently Ashwini Dutt is busy in his next project K starring Prabhas.
