Making a sequel for a movie is highly common in the Telugu Film Industry these days. Now, it has been announced recently that Prabhas‘s upcoming movie Project K is going to have its sequel. The makers have been convinced that they cannot sum up Project K as one film and believe that the story has scope for a sequel.
Being an influencer of the project, Prabhas has asked director Nag Ashwin to bring a sequel to the film and the director has already begun to work on the new script and he is confident of completing it before the accomplishment of the first part. So far, the team has completed half of the schedule of the shooting for the first part and all other works are being done at a brisk pace.
The makers are in plans to complete the entire shooting works of Project K by coming January and they are likely to release it in theatres at the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024. It will be released in Indian and foreign languages.
Project is being bankrolled by Aswini Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies banner. Big B Amitabh Bachchan is playing the father of Prabhas, while Deepika Padukone will be seen as the personal secretary of Amitabh Bachchan in the movie. Soon after the completion of the first part of Project K, Nag Ashwin will take care of its sequel.
