Indian cricket team skipper Virat Kohli- tagged Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a tweet about Information and Broadcasting Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore’s ‘#FitnessChallenge’ and got the Prime minister Narendra Modi to accept! Virat Kohli also shared a video where he was seen doing 20 spider planks.
Besides Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Virat Kohli had also tagged his loving wife Anushka Sharma and former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni in the campaign #HumFitTohIndiaFit started by Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore earlier this week. Virat Kohali tweeted, “I have accepted the #FitnessChallenge by @ra_THORe sir. Now I would like to challenge my wife @AnushkaSharma , our PM @narendramodi ji and @msdhoni Bhai for the same. #HumFitTohIndiaFit #ComeOutAndPlay.”
The fitness challenge #HumFitTohIndiaFit was started by sport Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore on Tuesday. Rajyavardhan Rathore who is also an Olympic medalist, shared a video on his Twitter account where he was seen doing push-ups. Rajyavardhan Rathore urged the people to shoot a video of their fitness mantra and share it on social media sites. The Sport Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore then challenged Virat Kohli, Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, and Saina Nehwal to join in and take the #FitnessChallenge forward. Both Hrithik Roshan and Saina Nehwal accepted the challenge and posted a video of themselves doing physical routines.

Rajyavardhan Rathore’s fitness challenge has also been accepted by Union Finance Minister Piyush Goyal and Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju. Sania Mirza tweeted, “When was the last time we saw a Minister do this??? Coolest leading by example .. congratulations on this #FitnessChallenge Sir.. here’s to a brighter and healthier India ..”
