Hyderabad police have arrested a gang of prostitutes with girls from other states. Some gangs are running prostitution rackets in Gachibowli, Madapur and Hi-Tech City areas targeting IT employees.
Prostitution is being conducted by bringing girls not only from Telugu states but also from other states and attracting them using hi-tech methods. Hyderabad Police has recently caught a gang of people in hotels.
A gang is conducting prostitution with girls from other states in Anjaya Nagar under Rayadurgam Police Station. The gang conducts prostitution by dropping girls off as guests at the local Royal Palm Hotel and sending them to their rooms. In this way, in two rooms of the hotel, they are keeping a close watch, taking care not to get any suspicion from the girls.
Madapur Human Trafficking Unit police received information about this high-tech prostitution. The police immediately attacked the Royal Palm Hotel and found young women from Punjab and West Bengal in two rooms. But Jharkhand-based director Vijay Kumar escaped while Alivar Dang, who was assisting him, was caught. The police took the young women to a rescue home and arrested the accused. Police said they are looking for the main accused Vijay Kumar.
Police seized c…ndoms, smart phones, some cash and a diary from the hotel room where the young women were caught. The police said that action will be taken against the hotel owner who helped this prostitution gang.
