It is known that the talented and creative film maker Puri Jagannadh who is best known for helming Pokiri, Temper and ismart Shankar, takes a break from social media after the failure of the Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer recently released sport based drama Liger. Now the reports are coming that Puri Jagannadh is focusing on an old Korean film and trying to acquire the remake rights. Puri is planning to remake this old Korean film with his son Akash Puri.
It is known that after Liger’ failure, Puri Jagannadh has been trolled badly by fans of Vijay Deverakonda and other stars. Some even told Vijay Deverakonda to back out of Jana Gana Mana, which is the dream project of Puri . Puri Jagannadh pinned a lot of hopes on Liger but he got a huge shock when the movie was turned out to be a double disaster at the box office. Recently Charmee Kaur assured everyone that Puri Jagannadh will bounce back stronger after this setback
Liger, which also has Mike Tyson in the role of cameo, is the biggest flop in the career of Vijay Deverakonda. Currently Vijay is working with Samantha Ruth Prabhu for a film Kushi which is helmed by Shiva Nirvana.
