The controversial film maker Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV and Puri Jagannadh are good friends. Puri Jagannadh has appeared as Jr artist in Ram Gopal Varma’ movie Shiva. Yesterday RGV took to his Twitter and shared a video clip in which Puri Jagannadh is seen shaking his leg on the hit number Botany Patamundhi with others. Ram Gopal Varma wrote on twitter, “The junior artiste in blue shirt is today’s super director Puri Jagan ..Hey @purijagan WHAT A JOURNEY.”
Puri Jagannadh replied,”Yessssssssssss Sir” Ram Gopal Varma praised Puri Jaganandh and wrote,” U are an inspiration that if one has the talent anyone can reach anywhere”
Shiva was a remake of Ram Gopal Varma’ debut Telugu film, Siva(1989). The film has Nagarjuna and Amala in lead roles. The film became a blockbuster. The success led to Ram Gopal Varma directing a prequel in 2006.
On the work-side, Puri Jagannadh is busy in his upcoming directorial venture iSmrat Shankar in which Ram Pothineni and Nabha Natesh are playing the lead role and the movie will hit the theaters on 18th July 2019. The movie is bankrolled under the banners of Puri Jagannadh Touring Talkies And Puri Connects. Mani Sharma is on the board to render the tune of this upcoming action entertainer.
