Icon Star Allu Arjun is playing the lead role in the movie Pushpa. The movie has been progressing well barring the COVID scare until Allu Arjun tested positive. The star hero is under home quarantine now and is recovering.
The news about Pushpa is that it is being made in two parts and the first part will be released this year. The second part will be released few months apart.

Initially, the Pushpa release has been locked for August 13th. However, with the delay in production, the release date has been pushed back as well.
According to the latest update, Pushpa, the first installment will be released on October 13th the date that has been locked for the release of RRR. The magnum opus has been pushed back as well.
