Skoch, a think tank dealing with socio-economic issues, has been conferring the awards to Indian states since 2003 in the areas of digital, financial and social inclusion. Both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have won numerous accolades in the recently held Skoch Awards for their performance in different fields. Andhra Pradesh police won 3 SKOCH awards for its projects such as E-Learning and Police Control Room dashboard. Addition DGP CID P.V. Sunil Kumar received the prestigious Skoch award at a function in New Delhi on Saturday. And DGP Gautam Sawang congratulated the award-winning officials.
