It is known that Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra accused the businessman Raj Kundra of alleged harassment and she had filed a complaint against Raj Kundra and his wife Shilpa Shetty. Recently, she filed a complaint against the Shilpa and Raj, and alleged that she was mentally harassed. Now according to the latest report, Shilpa Shetty and her businessman husband Raj Kundra have now filed a defamation case against Sherlyn Chopra. This move comes after their lawyers issued a warning to Sherlyn Chopra of a defamation case.
The statement reads: The entire allegations made by Sherlyn Chopra against Mr Raj Kundra and Ms Shilpa Shetty Kundra, are false, concocted, fake, frivolous, baseless, without any evidence, even to Sherlyn Chopra’s knowledge, and have been made with an ulterior motive to defame and to extort the money.”. The statement also claimed that Shilpa Shetty is not at all involved in any of the working affairs of JL Stream App. Sherlyn is dragging Ms Shilpa Shetty’s name to create unwanted controversy and gain media attention. So we have put a defamation of Rs 50 crore against Sherlyn Chopra.
Few days ago, Sherlyn Chopra had moved Police Station against the couple- Shilpa and Raj alleging that the couple harassed her mentally and she also sought action against them.
On 14th October, during the media interaction, Sherlyn Chopra had said: I have filed a complaint to register FIR against Raj Kundra for cheating, s*xual harassment, and criminal intimidation.
