Young Rebel star Prabhas is currently romancing with Pooja Hegde in his upcoming romantic drama which is tentatively titled Jaan. Currently, the shoot is going on at the brisk pace in the direction of Radha Krishna Kumar of Jil fame. Now according to the latest update, the makers have roped young actress Riddhi Kumar in Prabhas starrer Jaan. Riddhi Kumar is a well-known face for Telugu audiences as she made her debut in Tollywood with romantic drama Lover, in which she shared the screen space with Raj Tharun. Now Riddhi Kumar has been approached to play the key role in Radha Krishna Kumar’s directorial venture which has Prabhas in the lead role.
Currently, the shoot of Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer Jaan is going on in specially erected sets in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Though there is no clarity about the role of Riddhi Kumar in Jaan, the sources say that she will be seen in a crucial role.
Ridhhi Kumar’s popular movies are Pranaya Meenukalude Kadal and Anaganaga O Premakatha. As the film Jaan is set in the 1970s’ Europe, the makers intend to recreate the sets instead of opting for computer graphics as it will reduce the workload and expenses. Jaan is being produced jointly by Gopi Krishna Movies and UV Creations. Chandrasekar Yeleti has penned the story of Prabhas starrer.
