During the promotions of King Of Kotha, Dulquer Salmaan hinted about his presence in upcoming much hyped science fiction drama Kalki 2898 AD which is progressing at the brisk pace under the direction of Nag Ashwin who is best known for helming Mahanati. This sci-fi action thriller is set in a dystopian world. It is known that legendary actors Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan have been brought on the board to play the important roles. If ongoing buzz in the media and the film industry are to be believed, master storyteller SS Rajamouli is playing a key role in the film Kalki 2898 AD.
The reports are coming that SS Rajamouli who made cameo appearances in films like Sye, Baahubali 1, and Majnu in the past, will also play a cameo in Prabhas and Nag Ashwin’ film Kalki 2898 AD.
Deepika Padukone is playing the female lead, whereas Loafer lady Disha Patani is playing a crucial role in this film, which is bankrolled under the Vyjayanthi Movies banner and has the music by Santosh Narayanan.
On the otherside, SS Rajamouli’ next project is with Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu, and the story of this film is penned by Vijayendra Prasad, the writer of Manikarnika, Baahubali series and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
