RRR is a big budget multilingual drama starring Mega Power Star Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran, which is progressing at the brick pace under the direction of SS Rajamouli and the movie is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya. RRR will arrive at the theaters on 13th October 2021 Worldwide in multiple languages. The movie RRR has already done the pre-release business of Rs 900 Cr.
The sources say that RRR is making an approximate profit of Rs 500 Cr . SS Rajamouli is the 50 percent share holder in the profit. So, as the total profit is around Rs 500 Cr and Rajamouli is going to bag Rs 225 Cr. Rajamouli and DVV Danayya have decided to keep Rs 25 Cr each aside, to face delay costs and the payments to some key technicians.
The worldwide theatrical rights of Rajamouli’ magnum opus has been sold for Rs 570 Cr, while the digital and satellite rights sold out at the whooping amount of Rs 300 Cr. RRR’ music rights for Rs 20 Cr whereas the Andhra and Nizam theatrical rights together have fetched Rs 240 Cr.
RRR’ Hindi theatrical right has been sold out for Rs 140 Cr, Karnataka rights for Rs 45 Cr , Tamil Nadu rights for Rs 48 Cr, Kerala rights for Rs 15 Cr whereas the overseas rights have been sold out for Rs 70 crore.
