According to Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth, he will not be able to participate in electoral politics.  He  will continue to serve the people in whatever way he can.  About his illness, Rajini said that he was a “warning from God” that he should not take on more pressures.

It is known news that a few days ago, Rajinikanth was admitted to the hospital because of blood pressure fluctuations.   His debut in politics has been anticipated by  his fans for nearly 25 years but despite weighing in on various subjects, he had not taken the plunge.

In  the month of October,  Rajinikanth said he was advised by the team of the doctors to stay away from the heat and dust of a campaign. His immune system has been weak after a renal transplant, which made him more susceptible to the coronavirus.

Rajinikanth’s elder brother R Sathyanarayana Rao on Tuesday backed the Tamil superstar’s move to withdraw his decision to launch a political party.   He said that it’s his brother’ wish and one can’t force him to change his mind.  He also added that  he spoke to Rajinikanth yesterday enquiring about his health.

Kamal Haasan reacted to Rajinikanth’ ‘political’ withdrawal from Tamil Nadu Assembly polls,  and said that though he was disappointed with superstar decision.
