We have already reported that Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth was admitted to Kauvery Hospitals in Chennai only for routine check-ups. Kauvery Hospitals management issued a bulletin on the health condition of Darbar actor and informed everyone that Rajinikanth was hospitalized following an episode of giddiness. He was evaluated by the expert panel of doctors and he was advised to undergo Carotid Artery revascularization. Carotid Artery revascularization is a process to remove plaque from the carotid artery in order to restore normal blood flow to the brain.
On Friday, the doctor said: Rajinikanth underwent a carotid artery revascularization on 29th October 29. In its health bulletin, Kauvery hospital said that Rajinikanth underwent the procedure on Friday and the actor was recovering well. He will be discharged after a few days.
Tamilnadu Chief Minister MK Stalin took to social media on Friday to wish Superstar Rajinikanth a speedy recovery. CM Stalin said, “I wish my dear friend Rajinikanth a speedy recovery and hope he returns home soon.”
The fans of Rajinikanth are waiting for the release of rural drama Annaatthe which has lady superstar Nayanthara in the female lead role and National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh, who is essaying the actor’ sister. Annaatthe is scheduled for a big release on 4th November on the occasion of Diwali.
