The young and energetic actor Ram Pothineni is enjoying at home and now he is getting ready to resume the work for his next upcoming actioner drama Red. Although Ram Pothineni has scored a couple of flops in the past, his previous offering iSmart Shankar, directed by Puri Jagannadh in which he shared the screen space with Nidhhi Agerwal and Nabha Natesh, changed the dynamics of his career totally. Interestingly, Ram Pothineni marked an achievement on Youtube. According to the reports, Ram Pothineni’ Youtube channel clocked one million subscribers and he is the only hero from South India to have such a big subscriber count which is a record.
Last month on the occasion of Ram Pothineni’s birthday, the makers of Red released the Dinchak song which received a superb response by the music lovers. The movie Red, which is a remake of Tamil movie Thadam, was supposed to hit the screens on 9th April However, it got postponed due to lockdown imposed to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Red starring Nivetha Thomas, Malavika Sharma, and Amritha Aiyer, is helmed by Kishore Tirumala and the music is scored by Mani Sharma whereas the cinematography is handled by Sameer Reddy, and stunts by Peter Hein.
