Megastar Chiranjeevi, the Action King, is currently busy in his upcoming movie Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, which is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of Surender Reddy and bankrolled by Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan. Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is all about the story of first Telugu freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimhareddy, and the movie will have grand war episode. The makers of Sye Raa have brought Hollywood technicians on the board.
According to the latest update, Ram Charan is spending whooping Rs 40 Cr for war episode in Sye Raa. Currently the shoot is going on during the nights at the outskirts of Hyderabad and Chiranjeevi is working till 3 am at sets. The makers are canning the battle episode in which Uyyalawada Narasimhareddy leads his army against British army.
The sources say that the 60-plus actor Chiranjeevi is working till 3 am in the morning, but he is still active and energetic. He is a big inspiration to the unit even at this age. Ram Charan is spending nearly Rs 40 Cr for this action sequence and have brought 40 foreigners from UK to participate in the shoot.
“The action episode of Sye Raa in which Chiranjeevi will be seen doing fighting with British, is going to be highlight of the film,” add the sources.
Apart from Chiranjeevi, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has other stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Tamannah Bhatia, Nayantara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sudeep, Jagapathi Babu and others in supporting role. Recently it was also heard that the makers have approached Kaala actress Huma Qureshi to play the key role in this big budget, multilingual movie. Hollywood Action Choreographer Greg Powell is brought onboard compose the action sequences of Sye Raa.
On the otherside, Ram Charan is enjoying the success of his recent offering Rangasthalam, a village based drama, directed by Sukumar. Currently Ram Charan is romancing with Kiara Advani in Srinu Vaitala’s directorial venture, which is being bankrolled by D.V.V. Danayya under the DVV Entertainments LLP banner.
After wrapping up the shoot of Vaitala’s film, Ram Charan will join the sets of Rajamouli’s RRR.
