KS Rama Rao – the Tollywood producer who established the Creative Commercials banner and has produced a number of popular films, including Mounageetam, Abhilasha, Rakshasudu, Matrudevobhava, Chanti and Swarna Kamalam, had stood as pillar to Megastar Chiranjeevi during his beginning days.
It was the producer KS Rama Rao who did a lot of research to coin an apt title (Mega star) for the stature of Chiranjeevi. KS Rama Rao found the word ‘Mega’ interesting and Chiranjeevi too liked it very much. After the release of the film Marana Mrudangam, the title ‘Mega Star’ has been appearing in the title cards of Chiranjeevi’s movies.
Yesterday Megastar Chiranjeevi attended the audio launch event of Tej I Love You in which Sai Dharam Tej and Mallu actress Anupama Parameswaran are playing the lead roles. On this occasion Chiranjeevi announced his son Ram Charan’s next film with KS Rama Rao.
It is known news that Ram Charan who is basking in the glory of his previous offering Rangasthalam, is currently working for an upcoming untitled film RC 12 in the direction of Boyapati Srinu. After wrapping up the shoot of RC12, Ram Charan will join the sets of Baahubali film Maker SS Rajamouli’s multistarrer and big budget film #RRR. Magadhreera star Ram Charan will share the screen space with Jr NTR in his much awaited film RRR. After the completion of RRR, Ram Charan will work with KS Rama Rao under his banner. The sources say that Ram Charan has agreed to act for this banner without worrying about the director’s name or story to show his respect to his father’s friend KS Rama Rao.
Chiranjeevi said that he was making the commitment publicly after getting the green signal from his son Ram Charan. He further said that Ram Charan film with KS Rama Rao would be next after SS Rajamouli’s film.
